Art Crawl Announces 2026 Mural Artists

New Murals to Be Unveiled on July 11

Two new murals will be unveiled on July 11, with celebrations taking place at 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM in Art Alley.

Flint, Michigan artist Kevin Burdick, owner of Scraps Designs, is returning after last year’s installation of his beautiful “Art is the Answer” mural. Kevin will unveil his newest piece at 12:00 PM in Art Alley.

Local artist David Creed, who first launched Art Alley six years ago with his mural “Books Are Magic” on the side of the heritage-restored River Bookshop, will also be featured. At 2:00 PM, art enthusiasts will gather in Art Alley to meet the Town Crier, who will lead attendees to Amherstburg’s newest mural by David.

When David created his first mural, Amherstburg had approximately 13 art installations. Today, that number has grown to over 60, reflecting the town’s thriving and ever-expanding arts scene.
